BBQ Chicken – People Love to Barbeque all Kinds of Meat.

Hardly, there is one who would dislike a barbeque dish.  The art of Bbq is ancient and since then, the lovers of barbeque food have invented more than 1000s of way to bbq meat.

Some people may think bbq is not easy. Well,  if you do not know how long to cook the meat and when to turn it over then you are definitely going to burn it.

When any novice tries it and doesn’t know anything about bbq, he can burn it like a rock. But with continuous observation, time, patience and practice, you can learn it easily.

When it comes to grill,  there are 2 kinds of grill. One utilizes propane gas and other charcoal.  Most of the people prefer the latter because its easy and cheap. This doesn’t mean that propane is bad or a wrong choice. It is a convenient option as once you  get it filled up, you are set for 10 bbqs.

A lighter fluid can be bought with charcoal. There are many types of grills to use.“Char-Broil American Gourmeat Charcoal Grill” is nice and do not cost me a lot of money. You just need to get one which you think is affordable and comfortable for grilling.

You need to buy special bbq accesories such as spatula, brush, a knife and a monster fork or just simple fork. Indoor cooking kit won’t be of much help here.

Bbq is something which turns up in your mind  out of nowhere, and no one knows why, and wanders around for as long as it does not reach you.

Such desires must be fulfilled as soon as possible – for the sake of one’s own mental health. The homemade sauce of bbq and bbq chicken are far better and satisfying than the ones you eat at famous and costly fast food chains.

Ingredients:

  • Four chicken breasts
  • Half a cup of good quality ketchup (or such with a high content of tomatoes)

  • One tablespoon of honey
  • Pepper
  • Hot peppers

 Chicken Pizza Barbequed:

Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon vinegar
  • 60 ml of lemon juice
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon of caramel sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tsp spices for soups
  • 1 tablespoon grated celery
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika powder

Method:

Fry onion in oil until browne, add remaining ingredients, stir, boil and keep on low heat for 20 minutes. Blend thoroughly

Note: Sauce should be very dense.

Ingredients:

  • Ml of warm milk 100g
  • 200 g of flour
  • ½ packet of yeast (Dr.Oetker)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of spices: oregano, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder

Method of preparation:

Mix milk (temp:35 ° C) with sugar and yeast, leave it for 10 minutes in the warmth. Mix the sieved floor with the prepared milk, add salt and oil. To get a good taste of pour spices  make soft dough or add 1-3 tablespoons of milk.

Wrap the dough with a cloth and leave about 30 minutes. With the warm, the dough should double in volume.  Made it even for a minute and form a ball. Roll dough until you get a round cake with a diameter of 30cm and a few mm thick. Place pizza on baking paper and leave in a warm place to rise for 20-30 minutes.

Mulch

Ingredients to prepare recipe:

  • 30 ounces roasted chicken

  • rosemary oil
  • 25 ounces grated cheese

Method:
